Arran necklace

DESCRIPTION This tactile necklace is a handmade chain in tube form. Very comfortable for everyday wear, the necklace is strong and durable. The chain is entirely handmade, every loop is shaped, joined, soldered and then given a subtle hammer finish which catches the light beautifully. 
The clasp is a very strong magnet which is super easy to put on as the two halves of the magnet find each other and snap together. Information on the Langer clasps;

Magnetic clasps are not to be used if you have a pacemaker fitted.
Available to order in silver, oxidised silver or a striped combination with 14ct rolled gold. All combinations of colours and carats of gold are possible to commission. 

Rolled gold, which is also known as gold filled is a material that has 1/20th of 14ct gold content by weight. The material is made by pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14ct gold to a core of high quality jeweller's brass, creating a durable material which has a high quantity of gold. Rolled gold must have at least 5% gold content, this is a much thicker layer than gold plated jewellery. Rolled gold has around 100 times more gold than gold plated jewellery, this thick layer of gold does not wear off. Rolled gold is hypoallergenic and should not cause a problem for anyone with skin sensitivities.

SHIPPING is free within the UK, I use Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' and 'First class Signed For' services.
For International I use Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed', this is a flat rate of £10.
